After Ten Years…

I thought about doing another end of year ‘lessons learned’ or ‘unexpected twists’ for our normal five things blog, but after this year – and this past three months in particular – it just doesn’t resonate for me.

This milestone feels less like a point of reflection and more like an inflection point. LandWorx is different than it was. What drives us is the same, but how we do it has shifted. We are better at what we do and how we do it. We have processes that catch errors before they happen. We have measurable plans to outline what we want to achieve as a company. We have accomplished creating systems that not only deliver, but account for flexibility, passion, and compassion. We still lead with love, community and compassion, but we also have come to realize…

We are BAD-ASS consultants. We work on BAD-ASS projects. We work for BAD-ASS Clients.

So, in reflection, I am unbelievably grateful to my partners, to our employees, to our Clients, and to the many, many lessons that we’ve learned to make us who and what we are… But as we are at a point of inflection – you ain’t seen nothing yet!
